The house is our larger body, it grows in the sun and sleeps in the
quietness of the night...and is not lacking in dreams.

The old dwelling, with thick stone walls, dates back to the 1400s; it has been skilfully renovated over the last few years, and has kept its original architectural details, clearly visible in each room, especially in the living room.
The rooms with ribbed, vaulted and coffered ceilings witness our ancestors’ skills: as you step inside, you will be enveloped in a sweet and regenerating atmosphere, created by the lively green wall that perfectly matches the warm chestnut wood.

The Kitchen

The kitchen, equipped with all the home conveniences, is sunny and bright. The old table smells of ancient flavours and invites you to have long conversations interspersed with fragrant sweets and a few fruit-flavoured wine goblets.

The Living Room

This is the oldest room of the house: the terracotta floor and the ceiling with wooden beams are the right setting for your relaxing moments. The vintage wardrobe is in fact a small library containing also a collection of travel guides you can borrow. You can listen to music and watch TV in peace and quiet.

Who can understand anything about sweetness if they have never bent their WHOLE life, over the first line of the first page of a book? No, that’s the only sweetest shelter of any fear - a book that begins.
