Endless sweetness each morning
Every morning, at B&B Va…lentina, we make soft cakes and crunchy pies, biscuits with corn flour or with hazelnuts and chocolate. All jams are home-made: with figs and Madagascar vanilla, with Murialdo’s strawberries and raspberries, with peaches, with plums or with the grapes from our garden.
Freshness and genuineness
In order to offer our guests quality and tradition, we use the biological flours of the mill of Cossano Belbo. The yogurt is home-made, and the seasonal fruit is picked every morning from our vegetable garden. You will also find at our table a choise of fair trade food: regular and barley coffee, tea, and two different types of delicious, natural brown sugar: Muscovado and Dulcita, also used to make our sweets.
Something to suit everybody’s fancy
For the international palates, we have a selection of savoury local products. like cold cuts and cheese. Moreover, we also offer pancakes, french toasts and beaten eggs, seasoned with typical Ligurian herbs.
